I've been on here for years, but not a true follower.
Are there any clubs I can get involved with in the high desert area?

I've seen a few very clean camaros up here, but wonder if there is a local club.
If not.... anyone interested in starting a high desert club?

 

Reason I ask....
Remember when Pappa John's gave out free pizza to Camaro owners?
I went and got my free pie.

While I was there..
I was telling everyone there about this site.
And a lady came up to me saying... what's that website again?
My husband is a die hard thirdgen camaro fan and this is what he is looking for.
He's been looking for other thirdgen owners to talk to.

She drove a fourthgen to get the pie, so hubby must be a die hard camaro fan.

 

I would of been interested in making a club in the desert. I have a house by adelanto, ca but I am living in long beach, ca to go to work. When I go to adelanto I try to see for other camaro but don't have any luck finding one. Maybe one will show up

 

One thing you can try is going to meetup.com and post a meet-up request in your area to see if anyone bites. I saw a whole bunch of meets but only a few car clubs (nothing YOU'D wanna be a part of, trust me). You can also try ls1tech.com and toss the bait there. It may not be exclusively thirdgen but you might get a few bites.

Another site to check out is www.socalcarculture.com as it has all the upcoming car shows as well as weekly car meetups in so cal.

 

We have a meet out in 29 Palms but it's nothing special (less than 10 cars) and sometimes nobody shows up. lol
