Go to court. The first appearance you will plead non-guilty or guilty. The judge will tell you what the fine is before you plead. Last time I did this, the fine magically cut in half so I plead guilty with request for traffic school.
Re: Anyone Know A CHP?
You can also plea no contest, which is not an admission of guilt nor claim of innocence. Just saying you don't contest the charge. I don't see anyone trying to "fix" a ticket for you unless you know a cop personally. You also have to be quick about asking this friend. Got a ticket a few years ago for 20 over. Yes sir, no sir, I'm very sorry I didn't realize I was going that fast, you caught me man. Hightailed it to a wifes friend who was married to a trooper and begged a favor right after. Got it taken care of. Went and shoveled his cruiser out the next hard snow we had out of appreciation.

My brother did one of the lawyers that get you out of tickets and it worked. I always thought they where BS but it worked for him on a speeding ticket.
something about paper work request to the officer to fill out that an overwhelming amount that they usually just drop it.
Sorry I don't know what layer he used.

I did the lawyer process and it worked for me. cost me $100.00 retainer and they took care of it. I never had to do anything after I gave them a check. charges dismissed! no points and no driving school.

VAM what lawyer did you use? Some of the fees they charge are outrageous! And he pulled me over without telling me why I was being pulled over , it was just a "license, registration, sign, and goodbye" I had to read the ticket real quick to see what he was getting me for.

Elizabeth took my case for $100.00 retainer. My ticket was speeding excess 100mph. she got it dismissed with no points or driving school. it took awhile, but that is part of the process.
Good luck!
