Over the 15yrs I've owned my 92, I have let 3 places work on my power windows (all in Bakersfield). The first guy used the wrong size rivets on the new power window motors. The next guy corrected this but also lost trim pieces, or broke them The last place lost the rest of the trim pieces and just totally ****ed up my windows and now they bounce around with a **** ton of slop and don't even fit the weather stripping anymore. I've really had it with hacks!

Can someone please, give me a personal recommendation from personal experience, a place that can competently do a complete R&R on the insides of both my doors? I will supply the new motors, new PDL actuators, and new Door glass window stabilizers/guides (the metal pieces with the felt padding). I will leave it up to their expertise if the window regulators also need replacing. I want everything like new, no moaning or weird noises, no bouncing windows, pieces that have been cleaned and lubed properly, PDLs that work on the first try, glass that fits the weather stripping perfectly again, whole nine yards.

I will be removing all the trim and door panels and only I will be putting the door panels and trim pieces back on after the R&R. I've even bought new pre-cut plastic sheets to adhere to the inside of the door before reinstalling the door panels.

I would be willing to stay the night in a hotel if it will take them more than a full day and I may even be willing to take a day off work if the place isn't open weekends. It's going to be a decent drive for me no matter what.

Please can anyone get me pointed in the right direction of who can do this work for me?
