Jamex Strut Tower Brace and TBI

I installed the Jamex brace this weekend over my Edelbrock 14" open air element and K&N filter. No clearance issues. I even have a little room left over to play with for a future manifold swap.

I was surprised at how many things changed afterward. Less creaking noises and steering wheel shake and the Front doesn't drag on steep graded driveways.

Great deal for $27.

Will post pics soon.

Yep, its advertised as made only for TPI cars but it fit over my stock TBI air cleaner with at least an inch of clearance. Nice deal.

Don't need pics, I'm another person that actually got it to clear the TBI unit without any problems whatsoever. I've also seen a pic where they actually even clear CFI.

Plus I'm only running a 10" air cleaner, nice and small and outa the way. I just like to see pictures, don't really need to. But shoot for that price I should just order one like, now.

You did the same thing I did. Just mount it a little high.

I still can't believe the change in the front end. No more creaks and groans over speed bumps. And its a convertible.

Looks like it fits to me! Not that I didn't beleive you guys that it did, I just like to see things thats all. Damn TV generation kids

I might have to get one of those, and for that price I can afford a wonderbra.... i mean wonderbar too no problem. I think that'll be a nice use of the rest of my tax return after my headers/y-pipe go on.

BTW - where'd you get it for that price?
