All cars with disc rears from 90-92 came with the 12" setup, it was not exclusive to the 1LE option.
I don't know if GTA's came with the 1LE option standard. I don't think so though. That RPO was for the "hardcore" racer... no A/C, rough ride, that sort of thing. GTA's were loaded to the gills, not exactly the ideal race car.

No, GTA's did not get the 1LE option. They're were some 1LE Firebirds (aside from the 89 TTA) but they were rare.
As Omega said, 89+ came with the 12"/PBR rear discs but your fronts are the standard 10.5"/single piston set-up.
