You have a similar situation to mine, let ME ask YOU a question? You said you used front spacers? Where did you get them? And What about the rear rims, did you need spacers for those too? As far as the tires go, my buddy is running 275/40/17, and they do rub quite a bit in the front. The rear, however, are in fact 285's and they work fine with a ''regular'' 3rd gen rear end.

i got my front 2" spacers from SPD. I put a 4th gen rear in my car so I do not need spacers for the rear.

I have 285's on 9.5 wheels up front and they rub quite a bit. They rub the ground efects when turning all the way to the left or right. It's not as bad now since the tires have worn away some of the plastic. My car is lowered about 1.5 inches. They should fit just fine on the rear. I have 315's with 11 inch wheels on the back.

You guys running 2" front adaptors must have wheels that are VERY close to the shock. I have 2.25" and there is barely any room.

I am not a huge camaro fan, but that is one MEAN machine!

Your front wheels seem to fit in the fender a lot better than mine do... are the camaro fender flares bigger than the firebird?
