Airbags in my 86

Ok i need a low ride at times and a high ride at times. will airbags be a reasonable solution for my car and the 500+ engine Hp to will produce? I dont want to have to repaint my nose every couple of months. Help me out with this please. I can explain more after a reply cause this board keeps messing up. 3rd time trying to post this.

NO, air bags will not be a solution. With 500Hp at the wheels you will want a still suspention. Especially if your going to be driving on the road. Stick with shocks and springs, if possible you might want to upgrade to a coil over system. Alos try to modify or get a custom front end if you don't want to keep repainting.

Good luck. I was quoted $1500 to have air bags installed on mine. That also required welding and redoing the entire front and rear.. Forget that!
