is it really nessesary to replace the drums?

is it really nessesary to replace the drums?

I have the shoes to replace, but my drums have some gouges in them, they are not really smooth. 1 is smooth except for 2 grouves cut into them from a shoe being to worn, the other drum is not too bad.

Do you think I have to replace them?
