Bad rotors causing tire wear?

I know my car needs an alignment, but also my front rotors I know are pretty shot.

I had two pretty new front tires put on in February, and just yesterday I realized that the inside of the tires are showing steel belt.

I was just curious, I dont think my alignment is that that bad, could shot rotors and brakes cause excessive tire wear in that short amount of time?

No, rotors will not cause this. Bad wheel bearings will slightly affect tire wear but not that rapidly. It has to be alignment or faulty suspension components. Either way have someone professional check it out because it could lead to bigger problems if something is severely worn or even broken.
