Proper Bleeding Procedure? Please Help!

ok i have re-bench bled my master cylinder... that took almost an hour(little *** air bubbles). they are gone now. well now i have purchased a new prop since the old i put on there was not the right one for my application (andyZ28 suggested) . i now have the CORRECT combo valve for my application. i have bled the master. now how do i bleed the system at the prop valve? is there a certain order to which hard line gets bled first? i just need to know so i can do it the RIGHT way. i have been having so many problems with the brake system, even though i have replaced EVERYTHING(except the hardlines). i have purchased some speed bleeders as well. so i hope this will finally help solve my brake issues. thanks everyone.
