Sticky Brakes

When I jack up the front of the car and spin both front tires by hand the front left seems to spin normally, about 2-3 times before it comes to a stop. The right front wheel only spins about 3/4 of a turn before it comes to a stop. It seems like the right front caliper is always on, but just a little. What could be causing this, the brake hose or the caliper?

your brake rotor is probably warped. Its like spinning a bicycle wheel that is slightly bent, it will spin around a bit but stops when the bent part hits the brake pad.

Or your wheel bearing nut is too tight.
