Help tires rubbing in back

i have 275/40 in back on 9" rims and my tire rub i am running the ebach proline kit . have reardisc with 2" spacers for the Zr1 rims.
can i cut away the fender lip? I also need to adjust the rear axle alignment i put in a adjustable panhard rod i think i just shorten it to move the axle a little side to side is that right? is cutting away the lip the best or i have heard of rolling it? how do you do this?

thanks
Dave
