What are the biggest sway bars?
What's the biggest that are made for our car's stock or aftermarket and which are best hollow or solid?
36mm front -hollow
24mm rear - solid
The "best" is what is best for your chassis setup,
purpose, and driving style....
Think of sway bars as a tuning element ...
similar to changing VE tables for an engine
The "best" is what your current setup requires
once you change your setup it is less likely to be best...
24mm rear - solid

BMR claims to sell a 32mm solid Front swaybar that is 40% stiffer than the 36mm hollow 1LE front bar.
Maybe on a V6, But definately not a V8 Camaro. They are notorious for understeer and this would make it worse.
A balanced set of bars front to rear will set a car into a 4-wheel drift.(other varibles also, but for now lets stick to what bars do)
If the front bar is stiffer in proportion to the rear- the front inside tire will "lift" and cause the car to push.
If the rear bar is stiffer in proportion to the front-the rear inside tire will "lift" and cause the car to be loose.(backend slide sooner than the front)
A proportioned set for a V8 is 36mm hollow front/ 24mm solid rear. This is as big as needed even for racing.
