Spring Questions

Alright, I have a V8 firebird that was a v6 car. Currently, it has all the v6 springs. It sits level and not too low. I have installed a tubular panhard bar, and tubular lower control arms. Traction is better, but far from perfect. Would a set of V8 springs in the rear help any, or should I stay with the V6 stuff??

Thanks

Mark

what kind of traction? Taking off from a dead stop traction or curvy road traction? the v6 springs are good for drag launches because they are softer. Maybe you're not use to the v8 power? have fun. be safe.

Actually, I am used to more HP, but I found that 500+ N/A HP is a pain for a daily driver! LOL.

I was looking for better drag race traction on the street. I little less spinning from the green lights. I am not looking for a 10 second ride, just a chance against the 4th gens.
