Need a little help or ideas?

I was wondering if anyone else here has experienced this in there third gen . When i press the brakes sometimes it sounds like metal to metal contact underneath the front of the car but i know its not the brakes it sounds more like idle arm? maybe anyone had any expeirence to fix this? thanks forgot to mention
that it happens when you turn sometimes also ? not just when you press the brakes

You need a bit more to get something other than wild speculation..

1. Do you know what a wear actuator sounds like ?
(brakes)

2. Give folks an idea as to what you have eliminated
( measure the distance from the actuator to the disc )

In a description it might help to use "souds like"
i.e. sounds like fingernails on a black board, sounds like
marbles in a coffee can

sorry for being so bland.... it sounds like popping little pops
not when you press the brakes alone. i know what brake wear sounds like. thats all the more i can think of
