I have bought from Russels, and from Earls. I feel the Earls product is vastly superior.

Plus, You can actually speak to a real human being at Earls. I believe other members have had similar experieces.

Thanx,ANDYZ28

I have heard that russell used to have a quality control prob.
hoses were falling apart . Did they ever get a handle on it ?
I have the opportunity to get a new set of russles for a great price however I am afraid because of their past problems

I have a new unopened 9205/692050 kit from Russell. It was sent to me (FINALLY) to replace a rear line that broke on mine. It appears they have changed the material of the machined block that the hose is swaged to from brass to steel (or maybe they have just plated it? Where's a magnet when you need one?). If it is steel it SHOULD be stronger than previously. Lon

Goodrich hoses are the top of the line.

A few people, including myself, have had Russell lines break. It appears as though they may have corrected it with their new kits. If you go with the the Russell kit, check the T fitting on the rear line. If it's brass, DON'T BUY THEM! :nono:
