Another 1LE question... pics inside

Ok, I finally got my rotors yesterday and the pads came in a few days ago, I put a set up against the rotor surface and there's about 1/2" above and below the pad yet... this seems odd as there would be uneven wear across the rotor surface and it'll eventually develop ruts. Should the pads be wider?

And any idea which side the rotors go on? (they're slotted) I'm guessing, the one on the left is the left side, right-right side.

You seem to be right...left rotor=driver's side, right=pass. All slotted rotors I've ever seen have the slots spinning that way. I wouldn't worry about the pad issue. Unless they're ROCK hard, they'll wear out before the rotor does. You'll be happy with the setup.

pianiy, You have my "ANDYZ28 1LE Plus CD". The picures in the assembly section are exactly how a stock 1LE front brake setup should appear.

Keeping that in mind, something doesn't sound right.

Thanx,ANDYZ28

I do not know the dimensions of the pads in your picture. But they appear to be the wrong pads entirely.

Thanx,ANDYZ28
