hello all i have a 91 firbird with a 3.1l engine in need of breaks !

now what exactly would i need to do in order to upgrade my breaks and would yuo be able t provide me with parts numbers and or round about prices?????

when i did my bakes i had to go out a buy a haynes manual (they help alot), you should just go out to the local parts store and tell them what you need.

when i did my front brakes all i needed was front pads and i bought them for like 35 dollars at my local store and installed them myself. for my rear brakes i needed new rotors and pads and that cost about 170.

if you do the work your self you can save alot of money!!
i dont remeber any part numbers though.

you most likely have front disk brakes and rear drum brakes.
