When I am on my brakes usually down a hill my front end will feel loose and the steering wheel shakes. I have noticed that my steering wheel has a little more play in it lately. The brakes and rotors are new. What would cause this?

 

i'd suspect a warpped rotor

 

Thats what I was afraid of, the rotors aren't even a year old.
