Wide Tires

Is it possible to put 295/50r15's on the rear of an 86 Camaro? If so what backspacing do I need?

Axle/Gears: 3.73

Here’s my 86 with 295/35-18’s on 18x10.0 rears. The only modifications I did were beating the sh*t out on the inner quarter panels and cutting and rolling the outer portion of the quarter panels. As far as backspacing 5 ½ to 6 should do you.
