The bolts that go into the backing plates that hold on my calipers, rub on my rotors. I am installing this 9-bolt with pbr calipers for the first time in my car and I have no idea what it is supposed to look like when it is assembled.
The rotor also rubs real close to the rotor. It looks like the rotor just edges the caliper. Is this how it is supposed to look?
I am putting these in piece by piece. I think I need to spacer out the bolts so they end further away from the rotor, but is the rotor supposed to scrape the caliper?
sorry this is confusing, I have no pictures to help explain it.

I suspect that you are using modified '90-'92 10 bolt backing plates on a 9 bolt B-W rear that originally came with disc brakes?
Am I correct?

no, I am using the pbr backing plates. I just took a grinder to the bolts, and made them shorter. Problem solved.
