Hi guys, where exactly did all of you have your subframe connectors welded at. Did you bring it to a body shop or a muffler shop or what? I just want to know because I just ordered at set of Spohns connectors. Also about how much $$ did you spend? Thanks for any responses!

I e-mailed Spohn for a recomendation in Los Angelos area. He happily refered me to Morgan Motorsports in Reseda. I spoke to a guy named Al there and he said they measure the car on rack that allows the car to be properly loaded on the chasis and custom trims them to fit perfectly (No two cars are exactly the same- Could have sometimes a 1/2" difference between chassis). He told me also that I did not have to remove the carpet. Quoted $180.00 tops. Again this is a guy Steve recommended that does work up to his standards. If I lived near Spohn I would take the car there without question.

 

Well thanks so far guys, but I still dont really know where to take them to get installed. I guess I'll have to call around.
