if u are talking about the end links, just go and get some new ones, they are really easy to replace.

Yeah, I agree. You should have no problem changing the ends and the bushings. New ones will probably be in order if you car has some mileage on it anyway.

Replace both end link pieces with new ones. Don't waste your time trying to reuse the old junk, if it can be reused at all.

New stuff is coool

ebmiller, nice axle! Did you find new u-clamps for the rear axle, too? I tried using a stainless steel muffler clamp when I put greasable bushings (from energy suspension) on the rear bar, but the u-bolt wasn't long enough. (Same, it looked sharp.) So i just wound up POR-15'ing the original u-bolt and clamp. Came out good, but a new clamp would've been a nice bonus. ('Course I would've had to notch the clamp to take the little plate on the bottom of the axle, the one that keeps the clamp from spinning...)

Thanks Tom. No, not new. I just sandblasted everything and coated the parts in POR-15. I love that stuff. I'm doing another rearend and some subframe connectors in the stuff nest week.
