Anything special about LS1 rear discs

As the subject says. Im wondering if the Swap is worth it or not?? GTA have the 11.65 PBR rears. So what are the LS1s. I would like best braking possible for the $$$ im already looking into ordering Baer Track brakes.

The only real difference I know of is that they have the "Explorer" type e-brake system. That is, there is a drum brake machined on the inside of the rotor and that is the e-brake.

And the "hat" sytle rotor IS NOT the best setup for a performance car. One good yank on the E-brake at anything above 50MPH and you just DESTROYED your E-brakes - I've replaced so many sets on Navis, Mountaineers, Grand Marquis', and Town Cars its crazy!
