Could not having spring isolators damage my suspension?
When I put my eibach springs in I noticed there weren't any rubber isolators on any of my springs. At the time I didn't know too much about the suspension so I thought nothing of it and installed the springs. I've put several thousand miles on the car since with out any problems, but I'm worried the lack of spring isolators might be contributing to extra wear and maybe failure of some of my suspension parts. Does anyone know if it's ok to leave out the isolators, or should I be ordering some from GM to put in? Any help is appreciated, thanks.

I really don't think it'll do that much damage. It's not like they move around a lot.

I've taken them out and it doesnt cause any damage. At the most it will wear out the top coating on the spring faster. And that will cause some road noise. But thats pretty much it.

Cool, thanks for the reassurance. I haven't had any problems so far, and I've driven it quite a bit. I just figured it was better to be safe than sorry, and since I'm putting in struts and balljoints it would be best to take care of any other problems while I'm at it.
