rubbing tire against wheel well

whenever i take a right turn, the right tire rubs against the wheel well and the back end of the fender. when i got out to look at it, i noticed that the tire was set much further back than the tire on the other side. this tire being set further back also causes the car to pull to the right. how can this problem be fixed? how much would i cost?

Look up under the back of the car and see if the Panhard bar is bent or broken or if the bushings are shot. It's a rod that goes from the right side of the chassis to the left side of the rear end, to hold it centered. Should be basically perfectly straight.

i think he's talking about the right front tire. check the lower control arm to see how the bushings are. if they are good, then it might be a bent arm or the subframe on that side is bent or shifting rearward. possible bad frame bushings or cracked subframe.
