I hope this is the right place for this topic, seems better here than on any of the others, anyways here goes

I know the bolt pattern is the same on 4th and 3rd gen wheels, but the backspacing or offset or something isn't right, I know you need some special spacers and according to the FAQ you can get them from vette brakes in FLA, my question is does this place have a website, if not are there any other mfg's that make spacers that will work right, just to get things strait I'm not trying to build some mexi mobile with the wheels sticking out 4", I just want them to clear right, I don't want them to stick out at all.

Oh, and I have 4th gen spec wheels on my GTA. I installed a 4th gen rear axle assembly and added 2" Skulte billet spacers in the front and all is well (see link to site in my sig for pics).

 

jesus, $300 for a set of them? I was going to go with the SLP 4th gen firebird takeoff's set for $200, but the adapters will cost more than the rims, I think I'll just find a set that fit.

yeah those adapters are expensive, but to some people they are worth it!! i like look of fourth gen rims...
