Rear WAY too soft

Ok, the rear of my '88 T/A is WAY too soft. When I park on a hill, it sags too. Could this be bad springs? I already replaced the shocks, and that didn't change anything. Also, what are the best springs that retain the stock (or near stock) ride height? Thanks in advance,

The shocks have nothing to do with holding up the car, so it's no surprise they made no difference.

The rear spring to use is Moog CC635.
