Need opinions on shocks/struts

Are these good parts? Theyd be going on my 86 Trans Am, a daily driver, thats being set up as an all around performer, not just in a straight line. Ive heard that combining the GR2's with the Gas-Adjusts is a crappy combo tho. Any truth in this?
My car has Monroe SensaTrac struts already, with only a few hundred miles on them. Would adding the GR2s to the rear be a better combo than the one in the link? Thanks in advance.
