sfot brake pedal

don't know what is going on here

but when my old brakes started going I bought a pair of hawk hps brake pads

now it seems as though I am getting a really soft pedal and it almost goes all the way too the floor if I push on the pedal all the way

I have bled the system and used some sort of synthetic brake fluid and it was working fine with the old brakes.
fairly sure that all the bleeder plugs are nice and tight.

the only change was I put new brakes on but now my pedal has gone really really soft.
