Bilstein strut install question

Bilstein strut install question
They came with two brass washers. So where does it install. Does it go in on top of bearing, below bearing, below strut cover.

If it's one per strut, I'd guess one on top right under the rod nut. My KYBs didn't come with any.

Yes, it goes right on top between the bearing and the nut. My Bilsteins and KYBs both came with washers.
