i am not sure what all cars the 21mm came on, there are lots of cars out there, with lots of diffrent options, so you can't say that all RS's got X, and all Z's got Y, and all IROC's got this or that.

Right, it varied by year, and sometimes by which suspension package a given model had, and whether it was standard or optional.
Most of the earlier Z28s had 21mm bars, and most of the IROCs and later Z28s had 23mm. SCs, RSs, and other plain Camaros had a variety depending on options. Equivalent models of Firebirds enjoy similar variations. But, YMMV, your warranty gives you specific legal rights which may vary from state, batteries not included, etc.
What is it that you are really wanting to know? Ask a different question, you might get a more useful answer.
