Calipers won't fit with new pads and rotors HELP!

I have a rear end from a 95 TA with PBR Calipers, traction control and 3.42 posi. I bought new rotors and new pads for it and now the calipers won't fit over the rotors, the gap between the pads isn't enough to fit the new rotors. What should I do? Machine the rotors? Get different pads?

The cylinder is backed out all the way and it still won't fit. The part numbers for the brakes and rotors from Pep Boys are:

2 UBP Brake Rotors: 0-49034-15763
1 Pro Stop S/M Pad: 0-30999-27927

HELP!

I just got my new brakes from Bear. The rear calibers are PBR and I got new rotors also. The new rotos to work with the pbr calibers are thinner than the stock GM.

It is my guess that pep girl gave you the wrong roter one to thick. I am not familiar with the 95 f body enough to comment an further than this.

Either you got the wrong part or the manufacturer's specs are off.

I've had this problem too many times to count.

yeah, call em up and verify the part numbers. i'm not sure if these calipers have this or not but a lot of rear calipers have a bolt you have to turn on the inside of the piston to retract it as opposed to just pressing it in with a c clamp. you need a special tool for it that most places sell
