Alright , I'm pretty sure I have the quick ratio steering box. It has a leak out of the pitman arm shaft. Some leak stop fixed it but it probably should be rebuilt. I would like to know if there is a mail order company or Hi- Po rebuild shop with either these boxes already rebuilt or can rebuild mine. If anyone knows of one in northern Maryland that would be good too unless I can find a kit to do it myself!

try yellow pages or a web search, most larger citys have searing speciality shops. i drive past one in columbus going to a machine shop. if you know of any heavy equipment or truck garages might ask them.

You should be able to find a kit to do it, it's not that hard, a guy I work with just rebuilt a power steering box out of a 74 Camaro and he got the kit at NAPA, I think he needed to use a little press to install the new bearings.

I've done a few myself, it's really not that hard.
