Stock Ride Height.....how to measure??

Stock Ride Height.....how to measure??

Ok guys ......id like to know how to measure the height of what our cars should be stock height with no mods, do i take a tape measure and measure from the ground up to the fender well??? and if so what should it measure???...I have seen posts where guys have dropped there cars but I want to keep mine stock height and see if I need to replace springs up front and rear............who has the measurements for our rides on level ground for me to use as a reference.........thanks.....

Oh by the way my car is a 1992 Firebird with GTA crosslaced rims and 245/50/16 tires on it.
