Can I fit 18x11 on my rear without having to use low profile tires?
If not, what is the biggest size I can fit back there without getting major rubbing?

what do you consider low profile tires.....
the series rating is only a percentage of the overall width of the tire.
it also depends on your suspension modifications and how much it's lowered.
