i think he is asking those who have bought that kage, how big the box that the unassimbled cage comes in so he can pick it up in a bug, not actualy install it in a bug. (at least i hope)

Well, You can figure that since the main hoop is probably the biggest piece, then the box will probably be as big as the main hoop, which will be as tall and as wide as your Camaro's interior. I don't have much experience with New Beetles, but I think it'd be a pretty tight squeeze to get somthing like that in to a Bug

If your Bug needs an 8-point cage, you're crazier than we thought.....

I was under the impression that the hoop came in two pieces and needed to be assembled, if it's one piece does anyone have the dimensions?I don't feel safe driving my big block Bug around without a rollcage

i got their 8 point and it doesnt come in a box, the main hoop just comes as is and the rest of the tubing is strapped together in one big cylinder, the longest piece is prolly 4 or 5 feet long. the main hoop is like 3" taller than the inside floor-to-ceiling height and it's one piece. if the rear seat folds down in the beetle so you have a pass through to the trunk you should be able to fit the bundled tubes but the hoop may cause problems, depends how acrobatic you get with it lol. bring some rags too cuz the tubing may be dusty or oily
