bad break pressure

bad break pressure

i changed my carb to an edelbrock and now i have poor break pressure. it works fine after i accelerate for a wile but if i go from a stop to moving at idle then try to stop (pulling out of garage to drive way) it takes a long time to stop. any ideas? thanks for your help

Sounds like a vaccume leak. Double check all of your vaccume lines and make sure everything is hooked up properly.
