brake probs
sometimes when i hit the brakes, the front of my car shakes back and forth pretty bad. im guessing that my front discs are warped. i read somewhere that they can warp pretty easily when braking hard around corners. i tend to do that alot because i live in the mountains where there is alot of downhill cutbacks.

Do you mean it pulls to one side or the other. When mine did that, I changed the front brake hoses (rubber part connecting hard line to caliper) and it solved that problem.

It does sound like warped discs. You would have a shaking steering wheel only when on the brakes. Keep in mind that and worn steering or suspension bushings or links will only amplify such a defect.
You should also take a serious and close look at your steering and suspension components. Most common are worn tie rods, centerlink and/or pitman arm. Last but certainly not least check for worn or mal-adjusted wheel bearings.
