Stock ride height?

Has anyone measured the distance form the ground to the midpoint of the front fender lip?

I am doing an ls1 sawp and need a good comparison of other cars. I am expecting the front to rise about 3/4 to 1 inch. It looks like I will need lowering spings to get back to normal height.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

What springs did you go with? Did it actually lower the car to the advertized spec?

I went with the dropZones... So far Ive gotten about an 1 inch all the way around..I havent driven the car that much maybe about 500miles.. , Im sure I'll get the total drop after about a month or 2 of driving it everyday cept when it rains. I got an instant 3/4 drop

Thier suppose to be 1 3/4 front and 1 1/2 rear drops.

Is there a prescribed setteling peroid? I am wondering if I should wait to see if my springs settle back down. Do you think 150 lbs loss will make that much difference?

I measured my 86 before I lowered it. With the orig WS6 springs, 27.5" front, 28.75" back.
