they probally let your suspension stretch out when they had it on the lift, give ti a while, it'll settle back down in a few days

it can also depend on how everything was adjusted. if the top of the tire is out to much it can cause a lift.......there are so many factors that can alter the height.

If they torqued the front LCA bushing bolts down with the control arms hanging, they might've induced a preload into the bushing- the bushing wants to return the LCA to it's "hanging down" state, even though the car is pushing down on it. Those bolts are supposed to be tightened while the weight of the car is over the front wheels. Hopefully they tightened the bolts when the car was on a drive-on lift, and not a frame lift.

With the front tires on ramps, loosen the A-arm bolts, hop on the fenders to push it all down, and tighten them back up.

will tighening them this way really have a huge effect? how long will it take for the arms to situate right. if it fixes itself over time i'm ok but if not, i better loosen and retighten too. i know i tighened mine when they were hanging.

I won't swear to it since I didn't do it, but it's been mentioned here. It'll take you a half hour max so I'd do it.
