I am using PF Z-Rated pads on all four corners for the last 8 months with little or no brake dust and very good stopping power.
Cost about $80, but you have other choices.

better quality pads also squeel less.
I bought some cheapo pads when I did my last brake job and completely regret it. Lots of brake dust, and they squeal too. Even with that "antisqueal" stuff on it.
I am deffinitely buying the best pads I can afford next time I do this.
