lowering springs with 17's
im planning on putting polished 17's roh zs with 275 45r 17 all the way around ( i dunno if its gonna rub). I'm also gonna drop my car with soem lowering springs. I dunno if i should get the pro kit or the sportlines because my car sits pretty low for stock springs. Any1 have any pics of lowered cars with 17's inch rims.

My car has the Prokit and 17x9.5 wheels running 275/40/ZR17s. I had to put 3/8" spacers on the fronts to clear the tie rod ends, but I do not rub.
I would think you would have more serious problems with the sportlines though.

you can use a tire calulator to see if it will rub.
al you should be is worried that the rim backspacing is the same as say iroc or gta rims. And just make sure the overall tire hieght is the same as a 245 50 16 tire. I used to know my tire hieght but i forget it. Then when you lower it youll have the same tire to fender clearance as say if you had 245 50 16 with lowering springs.
