Drums good for burnouts?

Yeah the other day i had Ox out and was doing some small 2-5sec burnouts. The problem is I dunno if it will screw up my breaks when i do it. I have a TH700-R4 so i slam the breaks and then the gas... is that ok for my drums? Thanx

LOL!! You don't need to slam on your brakes..yes the way your doing it is bad for your brakes...to do a brake torq, just apply the brake, don't force it down, but hold it firm..Apply the gas, as you feel the tires begin to spin. very litely! let off SOME pressure form the brakes. The front brakes have the majority of the braking power,so off you go...

Oh! And welcome to the boards too!
