Spohn LCA and Relocation Brackets

Installed my Spohn Lower Control Arms and Welded in the Relocation Brackets this weekend. The wheel hop is completely gone. She will hook-up and roll now. The hardest part was getting the frozen bolts out of the factory LCA but I ended up just cutting them out. I cleaned up the factory Lower control arm brackets with a grinder then mig welded the new ones in. Will post some pics as soon as batteries on camera charge.

kdgreen,
Congrats! It is nice when a product performs as advertised, eh?

MD,
It is a very simple install. I have posted pics several times of mine and I don't want to completely hijack kd's thread. It took about an hour to do both but if I had to do it again I bet it could be accomplished in less than 1/2 hour.

I think you and Grandpa should go for it!

Adjustables let you recenter the rear fore/aft when the shop that installed your brackets screws it up and throws your geometry off

I put relocation brackets on, and used my stock LCA's... and boxed them. Cheaper than aftermarket... and my rear is still fine. There is a bit of play in the relocation brackets after you put the first bolt in. Just make the back flush and parallel with the back of the original LCA bracket... and you'll be lined up. Worked for me.
