interchangeable parts

I just saw this z28 today, and its got no motor and the guy wants 500 obo I didnt talk to him but the car looks like an 89, its not a 90's i dotn think atleast... the inside of the car is pretty trashed, but whatever. Now if the parts like the struts and hood and stuff like that, will those fit on my 86 camaro Berlinetta? How interchangeable are the parts if that car is a different year than mine?

for less than that you could probably go to a junkyard and pull everything you could ever want off a nicer car and not have to worry about hauling it away afterwards.

Most everything can be used by your berlinetta. Keep in mind the Z28 had a mor performance orientated suspension. This means the springs will be stiffer, the shocks and struts will have more dampening force, and the sway bars will have more torsional rigidity. You can also change over to ground effects ;-)
