Rear drum to rear disc swap

Rear drum to rear disc swap
If swapping from rear drum brakes to rear disc brakes, what all is needed? I know I will need brake hoses but how about a master cylinder, etc.? Has anyone ever done this?

Try a search. You will need new lines (like you said) and a proportioning valve. Some people swap in a BMC from a OE 4 wheel disk car, but I didnt and it worked fine. Search for 'Drum Disk' Good luck!!
