Races and Wheel Bearings

I'm trying to complete my 1LE brake upgrade. The driver's side is finished and all seems well. The pass side had a spot of rust (suddenly occurs to me that I need to check the inside one as well). I replaced the race, packed the wheel bearings, seated them, etc. When the disc is spun on the spindle, there's a little thunk. thunk, thunk sound. Any suggestions?

Hate to leave you hanging but you got me. Check for something in the seal area?

Just a thought here, but pull the dust cap off and spin the rotor and see if the noise goes away. The cotter pin may be hitting the dust cap when the rotor is rotated.

Anyway, just shot in the dark on my part.
