Got My KYB's!!
After bithcing forever about the terrible ride of my FE2 equpied 15" wheel 88 TBI IROC--I decided to do something about it.
Bought GR2 struts and Gas-Adjust shocks. I had Monroe Sensa-Tracks, AKA the worst shocks/struts ever made! Althogh I wonder if the shocks were defective.
I will let you all know how I like them when I get them on later this week (have to get the transmsiion rebulit first)
I also ditched that POS poly tranny mount--terrible vibrations at high rpm.

Well I really have to retract my demeaning statement about the poly trans mount--apparently I was only feeling bad vibrations because my transmission was screwed.
Now that I have it rebuilt---no vibrations. The poly must act as a warning then, if somethings wrong--it is sensitive enough to transmit the vibration. SO I'll keep it.
So I got the struts and shocks in--way better--still firm but the way it absorbs road iregularities is much better now--and that added conteol results in less jarring of the car which in tuen doesn't rattle the interior to pieces.
Combine all this with the rebuilt trans (faster now)--and I actaully like driving my car---been a long time since I could say that.
