best place to get 12bolt rear
I'm looking to upgrade the rear end in my 87 iroc.
I have drums now and am looking for 12 bolt 3:73, posi, disc.
I'm riding on 17x9.5 centerlines w/275-40-17's. Eventually I'm going to do suspension work(stb, pan hard, LCA, LCA brackets, etc). Which is the better 12 bolt to get? I've heard different stories on the different people who make them for f-bodies.
Any info would be great. thanks

i like my moser that i just installed was shipped 2 days after i ordered it . a friend has the strange 12 bolt and likes it but when i called strange they said 4 to 6 weeks before they would ship

Axle/Gears: Strange 12 bolt 3.42
I have the Strange 12" and yes it takes a while to ship, but it is worth it. The rear is a true bolt-in, all you do is swap over brakes (you will need PBR rear brakes) and accessories. The one thing (and the only thing) you can't do yourself is press a new rear adapter u-joint into your DS - but some people do have a press in their shops - please balance the DS after the U-joint swap though.
